If you are not sure what Adapted Thematic Packs are, read this blog post.
The second category of Adapted Thematic Packs is the reading section. I use these items to guide my reading lessons. You can access a sample calendar that includes a monthly reading plan in this free download on TpT.
I kick of reading with the easy readers. 4 levels of differentiation are included. Level A introduces the vocabulary word in isolation. Level B introduces the color associated with the vocabulary word. Level C introduces the physical description of the vocabulary word. Level D introduces a fact about the vocabulary word.
There are also 4 levels of comprehension. See description below:
Level A: Two versions of identification of vocabulary pictures, color coding vocabulary, matching, sorting and labeling
Level B: Two versions of comprehension, sorting, matching, name and color identification
Level C: 2 versions of comprehension, matching, sorting, two versions of labeling, writing one fact
Level D: Comprehension, two versions of riddles, a fact sheet, compare/contrast, and inference questions.
I have 4 types of word work in each pack: alphabet, pre-primer, primer, and first-grade sight words. Each type of word work comes with 2 levels:
Level A: Coloring, tracing once, color code, trace line to match, cut and paste match

There are 3 levels of vocabulary. Level A has two coloring sheets, tracing, drawing a line to match and filling in sentences. Level B has cut and paste flashcards, word sort, cut and paste definition, highlight the correct sentence and matching picture to word. Level C has flashcards, write the words 3 times, writing words and definitions, using the words in a sentence and drawing pictures.
